Tehran Beton
Residential Complex
The Tehran Beton Residential Complex, nestled in the heart of District 18, stands as an ode to urban development, a poetic endeavor aimed at enhancing the very essence of the city’s soul. A symphony of architecture orchestrated to elevate the environmental quality of a specific cityscape, this project emerges as a harmonious replacement for a once-occupied canvas, where the Tehran Beton factory cast its industrial shadow. As environmental concerns echoed through the corridors of progress, the Doural factory, a cement artisan in its own right, gracefully bowed out, seeking refuge beyond the city limits, leaving behind a fertile ground for the sprouting of a green residential haven.
In this artistic pursuit, we drew inspiration from the historical tapestry woven with the threads of cement, crafting a narrative that unfolds through concrete surfaces adorning the building facades. Within this architectural sonnet, a spacious central courtyard, adorned with the verdant embrace of nature, takes center stage. Intersecting concrete surfaces give rise to corners that dance with the elegance of form, creating a visual poetry that speaks to the soul of the beholder.
In the theater of sunlight and shadows, choreographed by the solar ballet of this geographical expanse, meticulous consideration was given to the play of light and radiation. Concrete surfaces, strategically poised as shading devices, became the brushstrokes painting a canvas of climatic comfort, where efficiency reached its zenith.
Adding to the lyrical composition of this residential sonnet, dwelling units are conceived as poetic packages, each with its unique dimensions, fostering a symphony of social diversity within the complex. A deliberate dance of spaces, inviting inhabitants to embrace the richness of varied dimensions and forms, creating a living tapestry woven with threads of community and individuality.
