Lashgar Neighborhood Urban & Landscape Design | Tehran
I’m excited to share my involvement in transforming the Lashgar neighborhood into a safer, more vibrant community space through an urban and landscape design project for Tehran Municipality.
Our team developed the concept using Rhino, followed by precise technical modeling in Revit to ensure seamless execution. We accelerated the construction process by addressing key challenges like rainwater drainage, path geometries, and slope management and supported underground infrastructure teams.
The project focused on:
Maximizing the use of limited public spaces
Enhancing social interaction for women, children, and the elderly
Increasing social security through better lighting and community presence
With a strong emphasis on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), we aimed to resolve long-standing issues and provide a sustainable solution that fosters community safety and cohesion.
